Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting, scheduled to coincide with the first Coffee and Commerce event of the year, serves as a pivotal gathering for Chamber members. This event provides an opportunity for reflection and forward planning, combining both an official business segment and a networking session.

The first part of the meeting will focus on essential Chamber business, including the election of new board members for 2025. During this portion, attendees will review the Chamber’s achievements from 2024 and discuss plans and key initiatives for the coming year. This is a critical moment for members to get involved in shaping the future direction of the Chamber.

The second half of the meeting transitions into the Coffee and Commerce format, where representatives from member companies can engage in discussions, share insights, and network. To streamline the discussion, each company is encouraged to have only one representative speak, allowing for a more focused and efficient exchange of ideas. To allow time for all attendees, we will be following a strict 60 second format.

Attendees will be treated to breakfast, and participation in the event is free for all Chamber members, ensuring broad access and involvement in this important annual meeting.
